In mid-August, with the theme of "Taikai - the place where dreams set sail", the Group held a speech contest for new college students in 2023, and more than 400 new employees watched the contest through "online + offline".
Focusing on the theme of the speech, the contestants fully demonstrated their talents and abilities with full enthusiasm and striving attitude, shared their feelings and experiences since entering the company, and won bursts of applause from the audience.
The speech contest not only showcased the individual talents of the employees, but also reflected the group's expectations for the new recruits.
